How to Contact with Your Questions.

You can email your questions to Dear Lolly. Your response will be emailed back, by return address (unless otherwise instructed), usually within forty-eight hours.  Your letter and the reply may also appear in one of her columns.

Due to spam problems Lolly recommends that you type Dear Lolly in the subject line and begin your letter using the salutation Dear Lolly.

Usually, Lolly emails her responses to her correspondents within 72 hours. Sometimes Lolly gets inundated with reader letters, she is working through them as quickly as possible.  Please be patient, Lolly always responds.  She knows how hard you work on these letters and she is honored to receive them.  Occasionally she receives a letter back as undeliverable.  Check your email address to make sure it is correct. If you are referring to a previous letter with Lolly please copy all correspondence to her.
