Discussion Board Rules

The Golden Rule:
Be polite to others. Although expressing yourself is OK, we ask that you do it in a respectful way. If you feel like someone is not following our most important rule, please bring it to the attention of one of our moderators.

The "other" Golden Rule:
Keep your language clean. There is absolutely NO cursing allowed, in any of our discussion areas, even the adults only areas. Repeat - Do NOT post vulgar language - it will NOT be tolerated.

Private is called PRIVATE for a reason:
Please do not post information of a personal nature. For your safety and the safety of all of our members, we ask that you refrain from posting your telephone numbers, addresses, and things of that nature. We also ask that you respect the privacy of others and not post their information either. VERY IMPORTANT - IF SOMEONE (other than a moderator or I See Puppy staff member) REQUESTS YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION, DO NOT GIVE IT TO THEM.

Copyright Rule:
We need to mention this - please do not post copyrighted material on our boards. If there is an absolute need to do so, please be sure to obtain permission from the copyright owner.

Do Not Encourage BAD Behavior:
Enough said. But, just in case... please do not post messages that encourage bad, or illegal behavior.

No SPAM, and No Advertising:
Please refrain from posting SPAM-like messages or message perceived as advertisements. If you would like to advertise on our site, please contact our marketing department at mktdept@iseepuppy.com.

Honorable Mentions:
Although our discussion groups are moderated, the majority of our topics do not require users to register *prior* to using them. We hope you recognize our open invitation as a privilege, and like all privileges, realize that excessive abuse will cause us to retract our invitation. Please remember, our groups are intended to be fun. We wish to keep it that way.

We do have some areas that are for REGISTERED MEMBERS ONLY. If you wish to participate in these areas, please register. However, in order to participate in our *adults only* areas, you must be 18 years or older. In addition, if you are 17 years or younger, you MUST have your parent's or guardian's permission to register and participate in our discussion groups.
